No. Biometric templates are cryptographically hashed and stored on encrypted infrastructure. They are never sold, shared or used for anything other than authorizing your own transactions.

Yes. When a shipment is dispatched, we automatically create a collection request against M-Pesa or DPO. Once the courier confirms delivery, the customer is charged and funds settle into your account.
