Common pricing questions
What counts as a payout?
Each individual recipient in a bulk batch counts as one payout. Batching itself is free.
Are there transaction fees?
Rail fees vary — M-Pesa charges per transaction, DPO charges a percentage, Pesapal and Finserve vary by region. We pass through the rail fee with zero markup.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer county or government pricing?
Yes. We offer special pricing for county and public sector deployments, including IFMIS integration. Contact sales for details.
