1. Who We Are

Fabs Data Warehouse Ltd. ("Fabs Data Warehouse", "we", "our") operates a unified platform for payments, biometric security, logistics tracking, tender management and county revenue collection. Our registered office is in Nairobi, Kenya.

2. Data We Collect

We collect account information (name, email, phone, company), transaction data (amounts, recipients, rails used), biometric templates (fingerprint and iris hashes), device fingerprints, IP addresses and audit logs. Biometric data is used solely for authorizing your own transactions and is never shared.

3. How We Use Your Data

To process payments and collections, verify identity, prevent fraud, comply with AML/KYC obligations, provide customer support, and improve the platform. We do not sell your data.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with: (a) payment rails you transact on (M-Pesa, DPO, Pesapal, Finserve), (b) DHL and Fleetbase for logistics operations, (c) regulators when legally required, and (d) service providers under strict data processing agreements.

5. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We are PCI-DSS aligned and comply with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. Biometric templates are cryptographically hashed and stored separately from personal identifiers.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@fabsdata.io. We respond within 30 days.
